Your symptoms are not problems to fix.
They’re messengers encoded in sensation, emotion, and frequency.

When you learn to listen through the body, not just the mind,
healing stops being a task… and becomes a remembering of who you trul

The coaching industry lied to you.
It told you that if you just “shift your mindset,” you’d be free.
That one aha moment would erase decades of pain.
