Practice 1 - Grounding
This short guided practice will help you gently arrive in the present moment, reconnect with your body, and feel supported by the earth beneath you. Grounding brings calm to the nervous system, steadies the mind, and creates a sense of safety within — a foundation for all healing and growth.
Take a few minutes for yourself, close your eyes if you like, and let this practice guide you home to presence.
Practice 2 - Felt sense of safety
This practice invites you to connect with the places in your body that remember safety, calm, and support. By slowing down and tuning into sensation, you can begin to build an inner anchor of stability that helps soothe the nervous system and create more space for presence. Safety isn’t always something we think our way into, it’s something we feel. Through this practice, you’ll be guided to notice what safety feels like in your body, so you can return to it whenever life feels overwhelming.
Practice 3- Connecting with body and organs
Before we enter into dialogue with your organs, this gentle practice invites you to slow down and make contact with your inner landscape. Through mindful awareness and curiosity, you’ll begin to sense the subtle language of your body: the sensations, movements, and messages that often go unnoticed. This guided body scan helps you develop a compassionate relationship with your physical self, so you can listen to your body’s wisdom with softness and presence. You can listen to the recording or simply read along and let the words land in their own way.
